1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Coach Oracle, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. If you have questions, contact info@coachoracle.com.
2. What Coach Oracle is
Coach Oracle is an AI-assisted tool that helps professional coaches analyze session notes, surface patterns, and track client progress over time. It is a support tool for a coach’s own professional judgment — it does not replace it.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use Coach Oracle. You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Your responsibility for client data
You may enter information about your own coaching clients into Coach Oracle. You are solely responsible for:
- having a lawful basis and, where appropriate, your client’s informed consent to enter their information into this tool;
- the accuracy of any information you submit;
- complying with your own professional, ethical, and legal obligations as a coach.
5. AI-generated content
Analysis, patterns, and reports generated by Coach Oracle are produced by AI and are provided to support — not replace — your own professional judgment. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Coach Oracle is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or psychological diagnosis, and nothing it generates should be treated as clinical advice.
6. Plans and payment
Coach Oracle offers a Free tier and a Pro tier. Pro is unlocked via a one-time payment of $79 — it is not a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Coach Oracle for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to access another user’s account or data;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service;
- use the service to process data you don’t have the right to process.
8. Termination
You may stop using Coach Oracle at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting info@coachoracle.com.
9. Disclaimers
Coach Oracle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Oracle and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Coach Oracle after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
